Haus of Peace is

a nonprofit organization, located in Watertown, WI, providing safe and secure temporary housing for women and children who have experienced homelessness or abuse. We provide crisis support and connect our guests with the essential resources they need to transition to independent living.

We Provide

a safe home and a variety of resources to help our guests heal and become self-reliant. Including:

  • Furnished and safe living accommodations. Private bedrooms and access to kitchen, laundry, living spaces, and storage

  • Transportation to job interviews and medical appointments

  • Access to mental health care and counseling

  • Assistance with housing grants, childcare, finding a church, continuing education, food budgeting, and more
